Competition Registration Refunds

Medical Emergency Exceptions

In cases of documented medical emergencies, illness, or injury that prevents participation, full refunds may be granted regardless of timing. Medical documentation from a healthcare provider is required.

Weather and Facility Cancellations

If Competition Enrichment Club cancels a competition due to severe weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future competition.

Merchandise and Materials

Competition t-shirts, water bottles, and other materials provided as part of registration are non-returnable once distributed. Defective items will be replaced at no charge when reported within 30 days.

Donation Refunds

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or under fraudulent circumstances, please contact us immediately for assistance.

How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your registration confirmation number and reason for cancellation
3. Submit any required documentation (medical records, etc.)
4. Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing

Transfer Policy

Registration transfers to future competitions are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start date. A $10 administrative fee applies to all transfers. Transfers are valid for up to 6 months from the original registration date.
