Terms & Conditions for Joining

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals 18 years and older. Minors aged 16-17 may participate with written parental consent and supervision. All participants must complete a health screening questionnaire and waiver before joining any competition.

2. Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical health and able to engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program. Participants with medical conditions must provide medical clearance.

3. Competition Participation

• Competitions run for 6 consecutive days each month
• Participants must attend at least 4 out of 6 days to be eligible for recognition
• All activities are supervised by certified fitness professionals
• Modifications are available for different fitness levels and abilities

4. Code of Conduct

All members must treat others with respect and maintain a supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate removal from the program. We promote inclusivity and encourage all fitness levels.

5. Liability and Waivers

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging these risks. Competition Enrichment Club maintains appropriate insurance coverage for organized activities.

6. Registration and Fees

Registration is required for each monthly competition. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to keep participation costs minimal. Scholarships are available for those who demonstrate financial need.

7. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the competition start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial refund at the organization's discretion.

8. Privacy and Photography

By participating, members consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes. Personal information is kept confidential and used only for program administration and communication.
